Body Boost

Body Boost is our adult-only, total body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. It combines HIIT-style cardio, strength, core training, and meditation.

Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller!
