FIT4MOM Chesapeake provides workouts for moms in any stage of motherhood, every day of the week. So whether you’re in need of low impact exercise or an intense challenge, we will provide modifications, progressions, and challenges for all moms and all bodies. Each workout on our schedule is for all fitness levels and is pre- and postnatal friendly. We believe in honoring the body you bring to class, and we are here to help you do so.

A note on COVID-19: Our goal as always is to safely deliver you both fitness and community. So, with a strong belief that during this time we need connection more than ever, we are currently offering our programs in-person with COVID-cautious options at class and virtually over Zoom.
