Bring your little one and enjoy a stroller-friendly, total-body workout surrounded by fresh air, beautiful blooms, and great company. You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered—no matter your stage of motherhood. Stay after class for some playground time and shopping! Enroll for class below and meet us in the Beer Garden with your stroller, a yoga mat, and plenty of water.

Body Boost Pop-Up at Homestead Gardens

FREE WORKOUT. Join us for a moms-only Body Boost workout at Homestead Gardens in Davidsonville! Body Boost is a kid-free workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood. Enroll for class and meet us in the Beer Garden; make sure to bring plenty of water and a yoga mat. Stay after class and grab a drink with us!
