Let's make November a month of movement with purpose. Join FIT4MOM Chesapeake for a twist to our favorite Turkey Track challenge and help us fundraise for SPAN, Inc! Our Turkey Track is a 30-day step challenge starting Saturday, November 1. It's free/donation only and open to all; you do not need to be a FIT4MOM member to join this challenge. Our Turkey Tot Trot lets little one's craft their own turkey hat before dashing off in a fun-sized turkey trot just for them! Join us November 15 for this fun FREE event!
