Body Boost is a cardio, strength, and core-focused HIIT workout for ALL fitness levels. It’s a kid-free class, to spend some mom-only time together. The class is meant for ALL moms, whether your needs are prenatal, postpartum, or ANY stage of motherhood. Classes meet Monday through Saturday, with early morning, evening, and weekend options in Severna Park, Annapolis, and Odenton.
