FIT4MOM Class - Most of our classes each week are FIT4MOM classes, workouts designed to welcome and challenge all moms. FIT4MOM Classes have the structure and potential for intensity, with the modifications and support of every fitness level. Each workout will cycle through intervals of cardio, strength, and core work, and will conclude with a peaceful motherhood meditation. So whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or in the best shape of your life, you and your goals will be met and honored.
We strongly believe in variety, creativity, and cross-training! Here is how FIT4MOM Chesapeake will incorporate the special FIT4MOM programs you know and love. Keep an eye out for the weekly schedule where we will cycle through these specialty offerings, all included with your all-access membership.
Here is what to expect from a specialty class:
FIT4MOM Ignite - A strength and core-based workout with intentional movements to help you connect your mind to your muscle and ignite your strength.
FIT4MOM Stroller - A total body workout comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining your little ones with songs, activities and fun. Kids safely buckled in the stroller or seated in a lawn chair are welcome.
FIT4MOM Barre - This workout combines exercises inspired by barre, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out.
FIT4MOM 360 - This speed, agility, and quickness class is designed to get your feet moving and your heart pumping. Strollers are optional, giving you the option to bring your little ones or come alone.
Yoga - Through our partnership with Village Wellness, we are able to include yoga classes in your FIT4MOM membership. Get in touch with your body and your breath with a challenging and restorative yoga flow.
*Virtual classes often have toddlers tooling around, babies sleeping nearby, or big kids climbing on mama. Kids are always welcome virtually—we believe in family fitness!
